The Swift extrusion plant was commissioned with one aim in mind - namely to give Swift Frame complete control of its own product origination. Extrusion of profile in the manufacture of trade PVC-U frames is not only important but crucial to the integrity of the final product.

Swift's purpose built frame production plant, 110,000 sq.ft., houses the very latest up-to-the-minute technology. All aspects of manufacture are computer linked and controlled - thus making Swift the most technically advanced PVC-U window manufacturers in the world. Fully automatic CNC multiple-axis driven Schirmer cutting & machining centres head the production lines for ultimate accuracy & quality. Urban multi-head welding & corner cleaner centres produce highest quality products, day in-day out.

This means that the complete manufacturing process is virtually untouched by human hands. Every frame throughout manufacture are computer tracked via complex, on-line, specialist software links - YES Swift really do have machines that talk to each other!
