From our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Norwich, Swift Frame extrude and fabricate a unique range of PVCu products to the highest industry standards. The fully automated production lines work to the finest tolerances using the very latest computer controlled, precision machinery and each window is individually manufactured to your order and thoroughly inspected prior to despatch.The extrusion of our profiles is produced from a new generation of lead free compounds using calcium / zinc and organic stabilisers and this material is regarded as non-toxic.
Unique multi chamber construction
Fully automatic CNC multiple-axis driven Schirmer cutting & machining centres head the production lines for ultimate accuracy & quality. Urban multi-head welding & corner cleaner centres produce highest quality products.
As a result of our modern manufacturing process, we are able to extrude and fabricate a unique multi chamber from which we fabricate an outstanding range of PVCu Windows and Doors that continue to out perform competitive products from around the world.

BBA Certification
The BBA is the UK’s major authority offering the approval of construction products, systems and installers. The Agrement Certificate for product approval involves testing as well as factory and on site inspections. The number that is quoted on the certificate is totally unique to our product to give you the peace of mind and assurance that the window has been thoroughly tested.
PAS24
PAS24 is the standard to which the BBA test all window and door products and Swift Frame have reached this standard and have been awarded the PAS24 status so you can rest assured that you are using a high quality product.
CE Certification
The CE marking indicates the compliance with EU legislation of a product. It also proves that the product has undergone stringent testing and quality control procedures during every aspect of manufacture. The CE logo is recognised worldwide as the hallmark of a quality assured product.

Whilst our new Windows and Doors will give your customers many years of reliable and efficient use, at the end of their working life they are fully recycleable. We also recycle the water that is used in the extrusion of PVC-u profiles as well as all waste plastics, metals and paper.
